Podemos……..

I suppose the empty streets were to be expected, football taking over …well it was a big night for the Spanish…and their “ podemos” slogan. But it was slightly strange nonetheless. I expected the bars to be packed. Oh they were busy…but I don’t think I have spent a Sunday evening in Rosario so I had no measure.

Comparing it to a match day Sunday when the local team are playing ..the fans whom attend Los Pozos make at least as much noise…

But after the match, now that was a different story . The town (sorry , City) came alive. Possibly a tradition, as the population took their cars to the streets….and blew their horns until these Scottish were ringing.

At the bus station, the security lady was sufficiently trusting to leave me in charge as she bade the man in her life goodnight with a lipstick caress reserved for relationships in infancy…

The bus arrived and off we went …negotiating the still celebrating television supporters now with their Police attendees, monitoring the rise in Arehucas level.

And what comes next? Europe has been conquered…can they negotiate the world?

Or will the South Americans have a question to ask…
