A star is born

Happy Birthday to Mad Mik

Last Sunday the crowds gathered at Sadie's drag bar to help Mad Mik celebrate his ??th birthday. And what a turn out it was!

A delicious buffet was supplied, all made by Mik's own fair hands.

Many thanks from my dog Tubo who gratefully appreciated the doggy bag!

All the usual suspects from HotFM were there:-

                     Trevor                   Catwoman and her fan club

and Rob, being his usual sardonic self....

..... not forgetting HotFM's latest addition to the team - Sadie herself!

strutting her stuff until the early hours and occasionally joined by ....

Mad Mik  - putting his foot in it??

Also appearing were some favourite locals...

Al and Val from AVM Kitchens...

Annette - the not so dumb blonde!

and Mel - who used to be our  BarFly

Some of the audience were almost as entertaining as the show - sorry Sadie!

Della - or La La as she is known to us - doing her impression of Mad Mik!

Sue - playing peek a boo with Steve!

Whereabouts did I leave my drink?

and as for young Mik himself, he was a real hit with the ladies...

.. especially the "pesky" ones....

and Hils - the island's only quizmistress - going for a multiple choice on that question Mik?

At one point I thought that Assesinos Misteriosos - the murder mystery had come back to the island....

.. but it was just Mik cutting his cake!!
