Dirty Dancing!
Hello beautiful people!!! So, what has the delectable diva been up
to I hear you ask???, grab a bottle of vino and read on….
First, our fearless leader ed-case called me and some un godly hour
of the morning to ask if I would like a sunset barbeque… wonderful I
thought, She turned up at my beach front residence armed with fresh
cuts of local meats and cheeses, fresh bread… I went armed with a
cooler box full of Wine, Sangria and… BEER! So… an even split I
feel.
It was WONDERFUL, sitting on the deserted North Shore track outside
Corralejo, listening to the waves crash and the gentle sounds of
corks popping.
Here’s a few pics of the day… and a special one of ‘bum in a bush’…

But the day was far too stressful for my starlettes, Kitty and Gil,
but some of this might have been because it was the first sunset
that Gil had seen over the sea.
Next, a Grease/Dirty Dancing evening at my former dressers bar Arri
‘n’ Redd here in town, dressed in the appropriate gear we hit the
night off with all the best songs from Grease, Dirty Dancing and the
Blues Brothers, and almost everybody showed up in a 50/60’s feel (I
think the town MUST have sold out of silk scarves!!!). So, with the
success of this night… the next theme night… 40’s party night… and I
think we looked SUPER!! (apart from that dodgy bloke in the
middle)So thank you Arri ‘n’ Redd.

Then came along another celeb, which was great… but he flew in on MY
Lear jet!!!
THE KING!!!
I recently have been taking some well deserved time off at my
private members club (The Betty ford… apparently now being called
‘Morocco’ by one of co-writers on here??!!), so Kennie has been
doing more and more Swing shows (the first being disastrous as
everyone turned up wanting to swap keys???), and you can see him 2
nights a week at ed-cases bar ‘Oasis’. As for other venues, you can
ask anyone at the Oasis Bar, or Arri ‘n’ Redd (where Francesca will
be glad to help).
My next Diary will be coming from London, as I have a Celebrity
Barbeque on 18th, Shirley Bassey tribute show on the 24th Aug, and…
will have stories of my day out with the London Metropolitan police
(CAN’T WAIT FOR THAT ONE!!!). So for now my devoted readers, thank
you, and I will speak to all again very soon.
